Description

The Tilley LTM8 AIRFLO® Hat is designed with a broad brim and a strong ‘3-D’ polyester UPF 50+ mesh which blocks sunlight, but allows air to pass easily through. The mesh has also been treated to provide water repellency. Made with Tilley Nylamtium®, a strong water-and-mildew resistant form of lightweight nylon.

Care

Wash it frequently or non-removable sweat stains will mar it and possibly rot it. Machine wash on delicate cycle separately or hand wash in cool water. Do not use bleach as it remains inside the Hat, slowly rotting it. Smooth and reshape the Hat by hand and set it out to air dry. When the Hat is dry, simply re-stretch it, as an American sailor showed us, by putting your knee in the crown, and pulling firmly on the opposite side.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.Please refer to the tables below for shipping rates.

Domestic Shipping Policy

HatsUnlimited.com currently ships exclusively through USPS. Additionally we currently only offer USPS priority mail with no express or overnight option because we cannot, at this time, guarantee those options. However, should you need an overnight option please contact us and we will do our best to fulfill it for you.

We charge fixed rate shipping domestically and it is bound to the price points below.

We currently offer two main domestic options which are First Class Shipping and Priority Mail Shipping. First Class shipping is $7.99 and typically takes between 7-10 days. Priority Mail shipping is $9.99 and typically takes bewteen 3-7 days.
